Stack Streak ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Stack Streak (the "App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
Automatically Collected Information
When you use Stack Streak, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:
Analytics Data
We use Firebase Analytics to collect:
- Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
- App usage statistics (sessions, screen views, feature usage)
- Gameplay statistics (scores, combos, game duration)
- In-app purchase events
- Custom events (accessibility feature usage, theme selections, settings changes)
Performance Data
We use Firebase Performance Monitoring to collect:

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect:

- Device state at time of crash

Push Notifications

User-Provided Information
Account Information
We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts:
- Anonymous Authentication: A unique anonymous user ID is automatically created when you first use the app. This allows saving your progress without requiring personal information.
- Google Sign-In (Optional): If you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive your Google account email, display name, and profile photo URL to link your progress across devices.
- Username: You may optionally create a display username (3-20 characters) for leaderboards and social features. Usernames are publicly visible.
Game Progress Data
We store the following gameplay data in Firebase Firestore:
- High scores and best combos
- Unlocked themes and achievements
- Game statistics (total games played, total score)
- Leaderboard entries (username and scores are publicly visible)
- In-app purchase status (premium themes, ad removal, subscriptions)
- Daily quest progress
- Battle pass progress
- Tournament participation and scores
Social Features Data
Stack Streak includes social and competitive features:
- Leaderboards: Your username and scores are publicly visible on leaderboards
- Friends System: You can add friends and view their profiles
- Challenges: You can send and receive gameplay challenges from friends
- Tournaments: Your username, scores, and rankings are visible to other tournament participants
Settings and Preferences
We store your app settings locally and in cloud storage:
- Sound and vibration preferences
- Accessibility settings (high contrast, colorblind mode, reduced motion)
- Selected theme
- Tutorial completion status
- Notification preferences
Reports and Support
If you use the in-app “Report an Issue” feature, we collect the information you submit (such as a description and category) and basic device/app context to help us diagnose problems. If you are signed in with an account provider, your email address may be included in the report for support purposes.
Security and Abuse Prevention
To protect the App and prevent fraud/cheating, we may process integrity/security signals (e.g., Firebase App Check / Play Integrity) and a device fingerprint derived from device attributes (stored as a hash) to help validate sessions and detect abuse.
Advertising Data
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID (for personalized ads)

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality:
- Account & Game Progress: Stored while you use the App, unless you delete your account via Settings > Delete Account
- Analytics Data: Retained for 14 months (Firebase default)
- Crash Logs: Retained for 90 days (Firebase default)
- Advertising Data: Managed by AdMob according to their policies
- Push Notification Tokens: Retained until you uninstall the app or disable notifications
Your Rights and Choices
Data Access and Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access your game progress data
- Delete your statistics via Settings > Reset Statistics
- Delete your account and associated data via Settings > Delete Account by following the in-app confirmation steps
Advertising Choices
You can control personalized advertising:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
- In-App: Purchase the "Remove Ads" option to disable all advertisements
Notification Choices
You can control push notifications:
- Android: Settings > Apps > Stack Streak > Notifications
- In-App: Adjust notification preferences in Settings
Social Features
You can control your visibility:
- Choose whether to create a public username
- Your leaderboard participation is optional
Accessibility Settings
You have full control over accessibility features:
- High contrast mode
- Colorblind modes (Protanopia, Deuteranopia, Tritanopia)

Children's Privacy
Stack Streak is designed for general audiences. The App:
- Does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- Uses anonymous authentication by default (no personal info required)
- Does not require any personal information to play
- Contains advertisements (users can opt out of personalized ads via device settings)
Parents and guardians: If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at enquiry@pulseapplications.com and we will promptly delete such information.
Data Security
We implement security measures to protect your information:
- Firebase Security Rules to restrict unauthorized access
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure in-app purchase processing via Google Play
- Owner-only access controls for user data
- Regular security updates and monitoring
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Firebase and Google services operate globally. These countries may have different data protection laws.
By using Stack Streak, you consent to the transfer of your information to:
